Does Kansas law allow notarization of an electronic document?

Kansas law (K.S.A. 16-1611) does authorize the use of electronic notarization, and the procedures are set out in K.A.R. 7-43-1 et seq. in order to complete an electronic notarization, a commissioned Kansas notary must complete a training course, including a test, and obtain a Kansas-issued digital signature.
