BECOMING A TEXAS NOTARY PUBLIC

the Licensing Process
QUALIFICATIONS
You must be:

Fill out the Texas notary questionnaire
and online application, then submit your application to
Atkinson Bros. Agency along with payment. Both forms are
available online.

After we receive your completed
and signed application with payment, we will complete the notary bond and send
your paperwork
directly to the Texas Secretary of State. When the State issues your Notary Public Commission, you will receive
your certificate in the mail.

There is no additional fee for our services.
Notary Public stamp and
record book can be bought online at Notary.net
Notary Public Professional Liability Insurance is
available and is recommended but not mandated by the Texas Secretary of
State.
Prices include Texas State sales tax.
If you do not become a notary, all moneys will be
refunded upon request.
