QUALIFICATIONS

At least 18 years of age
A legal resident of the State of Texas (U.S. citizenship is not required)
Of good moral character

After we receive your completed and signed application with payment, we will complete the notary bond and send your paperwork directly to the Texas Secretary of State with your $21.00 Filing Fee. When the State issues your Notary Public Commission, you will receive all notary supplies and information.
